Karen Glade is a nationally recognized healthcare compliance leader with more than three decades of pharmaceutical industry experience spanning compliance, operations, marketing, and communications.

Her experience provides a perspective rarely found in compliance consulting. Having worked within commercial, marketing, communications, and compliance functions, Karen understands both the regulatory requirements organizations must meet and the operational realities employees face every day.

That perspective shaped her approach to compliance leadership. After moving from marketing communications into compliance, she became focused on transforming compliance from a function employees feared into one they trusted. By emphasizing communication, stakeholder engagement, and practical implementation, she helped organizations strengthen accountability while building greater adoption of compliance processes and expectations.

Throughout her career, Karen has led enterprise governance initiatives, commercialization readiness efforts, organizational integrations, transparency reporting programs, compliance modernization projects, and technology-enabled process improvements. She has partnered across Medical, Commercial, Legal, Regulatory, HR, IT, and Operations functions to align compliance objectives with business execution.
